the gym features three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the room contained two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the beach had numerous sunbeds available and clear, warm sea water.

The hotel was clean. I will give them that.
the food situation was not great though. finding a decent meal seemed like a treasure hunt and the drinks were.. questionable. i swear, each bar had its own version of 'gin,' some of them tasted like chemicals.

the staff were helpful. mr abdulaziz mohamed, mr ahmed karam, and mr haitham were really helpful. they supplied all our needs with great service and hospitality. great food and rooms.
the music level was at times far too high. the base reverberated through the building. the hotel layout is not conducive to having such a loud animation team though the lobby was quiet.

The rooms were spacious, and housekeeping visited every day. the heated pool was a good size for swimming. Drinks service to the pool was available.
The music was sometimes too loud, especially for resting. i found that the hotel layout was not conducive to avoiding loud entertainment. The lobby was the only quiet area.

the hotel was super clean, modern, and felt luxurious. my room faced the pool, super convenient. the food was AMAZING!!! there was always a great variety and everything tasted delicious. i found mr haitham at reception to be kind and helpful.
